Spinal & Joint manipulation

Shockwave therapy - ESWT

Medical acupuncture

This is a form of specialised acupuncture that we use as part of the integrated approach for the management of pain, inflammation, and as a means of enhancing the body’s own healing pathways. we use Medical Acupuncture in addition to manual therapy and electrotherapy techniques to accelerate your recovery and reduce pain. We can also use it as a stand-alone treatment for chronic pain conditions.


Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM) is a simple, non-invasive form of manual therapy to manipulate or mobilise soft tissue dysfunction with the use of tools. IASTM is often used to treat muscular skeletal conditions by applying friction type techniques which helps to increase range of motion, muscle flexibility, muscle strength and release pain from restricted motion. IASTM may be performed post operation, before and after exercise, and as a key supplement to any athletes program.
